Service and scope
The Bilkosis website and Bilkosis One provide product information, customer portal, quotation, device, document, support and authorized administrator backup functions. These terms govern use of these digital services. Contact: info@bilkosis.com.tr.
Accounts and permissions
Keep account details accurate and protect passwords and verification credentials. Access and act only on data you are authorized to use. Google sign-in does not expand existing account permissions.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, bypass security measures or share content that infringes third-party rights. You must have the necessary permissions for uploaded content.
Google services and backups
Google connections require user or authorized administrator consent; Google’s service terms also apply. Authorized administrators are responsible for connecting the correct Drive account, reviewing retention preferences and verifying data before restoration. Google access can be revoked; disconnecting may stop new backups.
Content and commercial transactions
Website text, trademarks and images belong to their respective rights holders. Product information is informational; definitive scope, prices and obligations are set out in the relevant quotation and contract. These terms do not remove rights under mandatory law.
Availability and responsibility
Maintenance, connectivity issues or third-party services may cause interruptions. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Responsibility is assessed under applicable law and agreements between the parties.
